Mitti.i is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) online store based in India, selling handcrafted pottery and clay-based products. Our products include DIY pottery kits, custom-designed kits, and ready-made pottery pieces.

2. Account Registration

• To place an order, you must create an account using your phone number and OTP verification.
• Guest checkout is not currently available.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

3. Products

3.1 Product Types

1. DIY Pottery Kits: Clay mould and painting/decorating supplies shipped to you for designing at home.
2. Custom-Designed Kits: You specify design preferences (colours, patterns), and we craft and paint the piece for you.
3. Ready-Made Pieces: Fully finished, hand-painted pottery items ready to use or gift.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select pincodes

All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

4.3 Cash on Delivery

• COD is available for select pincodes. Availability is checked at checkout.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to disable COD for accounts with a history of order cancellations or refusal of delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship pan-India through Shiprocket and their courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and others).
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Custom products may take 5–10 business days to prepare.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–12 business days for remote areas after dispatch.
• You will receive tracking information via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• After dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, subject to applicable return shipping charges.
• Custom orders: Custom-designed products already in production cannot be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or serviceability issues. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product photos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Mitti.i and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• The Mitti.i name, logo, and "Moulded by i." tagline are our trademarks.

8. User Conduct

By using our Website, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout.
• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
• Place bulk or automated orders without our prior approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our Website and products are provided "as is" and "as available".
• To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Mitti.i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of DIY kits, including improper handling of clay, paints, or tools.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
