- All communication is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
- We do not store passwords — authentication is entirely OTP-based.
- Access to your data is limited to authorised personnel only.
6. Your Rights
- Access your data: View your profile, orders, addresses, and wishlist from your account dashboard.
- Update your data: Edit your name, phone number, and delivery addresses at any time.
- Delete your account: Email mitti.i.support@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where required for legal purposes.
- Withdraw consent: Stop receiving promotional communications at any time by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Order data: Retained for a minimum of 8 years as required under Indian tax law.
- Payment records: Razorpay order/payment IDs retained for reconciliation and refund purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at mitti.i.support@gmail.com and we will delete it.
